You can set the ringer volume by using Feature *80 and use the volume control to change the level. If this does not get your phone to ring again, then the line assignments will need to be reprogrammed.
You can disable paging through system programming but it might be easier to turn down the volume by pushing the volume down arrow when a page is being announced.
We have the same phones in our office. The feedback happens with our phones if the handset is left on the base. Picking up the handset and speaking through it as if your are on a phone call during the page should solve the problem of the feedback. If not, you may want to look at your P.A. system settings.
The volume control adjusts the handset, hands free, headset, and ringer volume. Someone may have fiddled with the buttons and turned the ringer down enough that it doesn't sound when a call is incoming.
