My yahoo account is hacked,how to open my account?

I hope you mean that your Yahoo mail account has been hacked. If this is the case, just open your account profile and change your password - to something unique and something you will remember. Notify your friends (in your yahoo contact list) that you were hacked and to not open any attachments or links from strange emails from your address.

If someone has stolen your yahoo account, and has change your password, and you no longer have access, you will need to notify yahoo customer service. I believe that you can report this to [email protected]

Provide yahoo as much information as possible, your user name, your last access to the account, and other email accounts listed (for backup security purposes). Do not list any passwords or dates of birth or any other security information.

You can signin with your facebook id or your google id.It will give you access to your profile again or just click forget password and answer some question and it will give you your password.

Maybe, somebody hacked your account and delete all your friends.so please change your password.

Go to yahoo main page and in the search box write DELETE YAHOO ACCOUNT. Press ener. You will get number of websites from yahoo informing you about deleting the account. Click on the on which meets your requirement. Also go through the security policy. OR BETTER You can keep your accounts but change the passwords. Suggested that you change passwords every 15 days so the hacker does not get access to your account. Also remove the auto log in feature.

somebody is trying to hack your password and for security reason yahoo has blocked that just wait for some more days, and try to open only once .if it gets open change all your account setting and remember that. Try to give the alternate email ID for password resetting

The best solution would be to remove all your private information.
Delete it or forward it to another account. You can create a new account to transfer this info.

After you have done this, stop using the account.
If possible close the hacked account.

Preventing further attacks:

In the new account you have created and transferred your data from the old account, always change your password, or set a password with both lower and upper case, the password should also contain numbers.
For example "daNy47Q"

Most hackers use key loggers to hack into user accounts, so when entering your password, do not enter the password in the order it appears. for example, if your password is "john" type jhon, then erase then type the password again in the right way "john".
This will confuse the hackers, and will keep access to your account safe.

So, without wasting time, send in a mail to Yahoo Security department @ "[email protected]" mentioning the details of the problem. Do mention few details like the last password, the last time you accessed the account, and all the information that you had given on the registration page(at-least some of them). You would receive a reply soon, giving you the details to follow.
