Press and hold the center round on/off button for 10 seconds to put Jabra BT2050 into pairing mode. Type in pin "0000" when the BlackBerry 8520 detected the bluetooth headset, then the two should be paired. Hope this help.

Assuming you're talking about the Jabra BT2050 headset press and hold the center (round) button for at least 10 seconds; light will stay solid entering the pairing mode. Follow instructions on your phone.
Try pairing it again. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on phone, turn the BT2050 on by pressing and holding the side power button. Then, press and hold the center (round) button for at least 10 seconds (light will stay solid and it is now on pairing mode). Follow instructions on your phone. Hope this helps.
