is it completely white or its getting white after somtime.....if it is getting white after sometime then it can be software or hardware fault...but if its completely white then I think its ur LCD problem....get it changed

hi , it have the software problem. so you need to reinstall or flash the mobile. you can use service softwares like phoenix . If you have not sufficient idea about how to flashing , then it is better u to go the nearest nokia service centre.

It sounds like you overloaded the CPU which forced it to reboot. Try removing the battery unit from behind, leaving it for 5 minutes, then reinserting the battery unit and switching the phone on.
