I have brother printer DCP-195C but i cant fix it...the problem is,the yellow ink did not function.. i test for print quality check but color yellow did not appears....can you me...how can i fix it?

Just replace the catridge or the ink

If the yellow ink is not printing here's what you can do:

Clean the Printhead & Print a test page by doing the ff:

1. Press the Ink Management button press the Up or down arrow key to select Test Print, then select Print Quality press OK and press Black or Color START. Check all the colors including the black & check if there are any missing dots and if there are any colors not printing correctly.

2. Press the Ink Management button on the control panel and select cleaning press ok

3. Press the up or down arrow key to select Color press ok and press Black Start.

*After the cleaning process the printer will ask you if the quality is OK, press up or down to select yes or no, and it will ask you whether black or color is ok, once you have selected you're answer press Black or Color START to print another test page. Compare the 1st and 2nd test page if it's improving, you may need to do this 3-5 times or until you get a better quality

Please refill your colour cartridge and then use you black cartridge.

try clean the pipes using air compressor but be sure to disconnect the pipes from the print head and clean also print head

The cover for the Ink cartirdges has a switch on it. Try opening the cover, then close it again, the switch may be jammed. Try repeating several times if it does not do anything. If it is still the same case, then someting from the inside of the printer has caused the failure.

clean the printer head using te printer utility
cheak the ink level
some caterades may be not print,so Buy a new one.and try it.
because the ink may be dry itself.
