make sure that "autoreduction" is set to on. should be in your owners manual. also, make sure your paper size is set correctly.

more then likely the sending fax had a problem and did not send you the complete fax. You should have them resend the page you're missing.

Panasonic KX-FPG376 Plain... Problem:

Thermal paper roll upside down. You can only print on 1 side of thermal paper. also could be the thermal head in which case not worth repairing. Lawrence
