You can do a system restore by going to start, help and support and finding system restore on the lower right side of the help menu. Go back to a date before you removed the sound device. That should restore your system and undo your changes.

Row Jukebox 100B CD stops playing half way into a song. system error light is flashing on. I cleaned the lens, didn't help

It sounds like your laser lens may have or be in the process of kicking the bucket.
What you CAN do is adjust the POT on your lens...a fairly simple process if you can get at the lens assembly. Not so simple if you have to take everything apart to get to it.
Google "laser pot adjustment" and read up on how to do it.
If you aren't tech-savvy you may want to consider purchasing a new device or drive for your device.

Can't delete songs that don't play

Run the Sansa Recovery Tool and just start over from scratch. Only use songs that are in mp3 format if you don't want grief later.

Sansa clip 2gb lockec

First of all, may I ask if you have a mini disc player or a Sansa Clip? Because the Sansa Clip does not play discs of any kind.

If you do indeed have a Sansa Clip you will find the FAQ rather helpful here - http://www.sansa.com/support/sansa_clip/faqs
Question 9 there is regarding devices not recognized by the PC and the solutions are as follows:
The most common reason for this problem is not having the latest Windows Media Player installed, or having a Windows OS version that is not supported by the Sansa player.
The Sansa players support Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista and above. If your operating system version is supported by the Sansa player:
SOLUTION 1 – Download and install the latest Windows Media Player

SOLUTION 2 – If that didn’t help, and you are running Windows Vista, apply the following hotfix - KB940199
SOLUTION 3 – If that didn’t help, download and Install the MTP Porting Kit (click here)
SOLUTION 4 – If that didn’t help, try connecting the device to the PC using MSC mode

Clip: Go to Settings > USB mode & choose MSC

If none of the solutions work for you, please post the results of your attempts and we can go from there.

Playing songs that won't play and deleting songs I don't want.

when you synch your device to windows media player 11 on the side bar under the name of your device says songs click on it then find the songs you don't want right click and delete as for the songs that won't play i'd say it's probably because it doesn't support the format of the music
