Sudden low water flow. Other faucets in home are fine with regular pressure. Took strainer out of spout, no blockage - spray is clear also and functioning the same way.
Check the cutoff valves under the sink to be sure they are fully open. One could have gotten bumped when putting something away. This is particularly likely if only the hot OR cold is running slowly but not both.

If this a new circumstance it could a few things causing. If the spout has a button on it to divert water to shower, it is probably a blockage in nipple. Just remove spout, clean all debris buildup. If you have a diverter valve (Handle) it's most likely blockage in valve. This is assuming shower pressure is normal.
You need to replace the spray diverter valve. It is located on the main body, below the spout, in the sleeve at the base of the spout. The main pivotint sleeve of the spigot. The valve is usually in the rear.
The design of a hand sprayer is meant to provide a
higher pressure spray (the smaller outlet size means greater velocity in
the water coming out of the sprayer head). That said, there could be something constricting the water flow in your faucet. If you unscrew the aerator on the end of the faucet do you get better pressure? Is the screen in the aerator clogged with sediment or mineral deposits? If this is the case you may have water requiring periodic cleaning of the aerator.
Take it back apart and check the placement of all the o-rings and or seals.
The low water pressure may be no more then the aerator being dirty where the water comes out of the spout.
First thing to check is if it has a strainer on the spout that has debris. The second thing is if you have a sprayer attachment the diverter valve is a chronic problem with kitchen faucets.
One thing you could try is to remove the aerator at the end of the spout on the faucet, Turn water on and see if pressure is any better. If so the aerator is got something in it restricting the flow.
You also can remove the dime shaped flat in the aerator to increase water flow. It looks like a dime with a hole about 1/8" in center to restrict the flow to about 1.6 gpm. Remove it and reinstall aerator and check water flow
Most of the times when cold and hot side of faucet. It would be the first thin to check being you have good water pressure at other faucets. They catch debris and the flow slows down from the faucet's. Check out supply lines and faucet for a blockage if this doesn't take care of the problem.
1-Remove aerator from end of faucet spout to check to make sure it is not obstructed by anything. Grit builds up there and causes flow to decrease , but it can be taken appart and cleaned out.
2-If you have a sprayer attachment to it sometimes the diverter goes bad. This sends water to spray head.
Cut water off remove handle with allen wrench and loosen collar on top to gain access to remove spout. after removing handle and collar you can pull up on spout or work it side to side easily to remove it.
In the middle at the bottom it has a removeable diverter that can be removed and replaced.
If it comes appart it will restrict water flow.
3- If you have to remove faucet to make sure no obstructions any where esle.
I hope this may be some help for you to have a starting point.
