there should be the Product Key located underneath, or at the bottom,
of the Laptop! This should have the "Activation Key for the Microsoft Office 2010."
"Turn-off the computer; unplug the [Adapter] for safety!
Check the bottom of the computer; write down the [Activation Key#].

On your computer system kindly go to Control panel after to Program and Features locate your Microsoft Office Project 2007 there after Uninstalling it then Intall a fresh one on your laptop..

Your computer may not have the sufficient system resources to run windows 7 (as I assume that's what you mean when you say 2007)
