Did you put fuel stabilizer in the fuel tank before storing the unit? If not, then drain the fuel tank and fill it up with fresh fuel. Now remove the spark plugs and spray a very small amount of starter fluid into each cylinder. Quickly install the plugs and reconnect the plug wire and try to start it. It should fire and try to run. You may have to do this 2 or 3 times. If this does not get it going turn off the fuel supply and remove the carburetor float reservoir and clean it out. Install it and turn the fuel back on. Wait a couple of minutes and use starter fluid the get it going. Make sure the fuel filter is clean and not clogged. If you try the starter fluid and it still will not even fire, you have an electrical problem.
