I know the reason y because i too have the same phone i bought it in saudia arabia and came to india and inserted the sim it came invalid sim i inserted an another sim the same thing repeated i went to service center they to to change the imei number it costs 250 rupees now its good

RAGISTRATION FAILED
Have you tried with another Sim Card? If not do so now. In case sim card is not the problem then this must be 1. sim ic (sim controller) problem, if you don't have idea, better go to a repairing shop to get it done, otherwise you might create another damage. 2. Firmware problem. You'll need to flash your mobile if this is the culprit.

Sim card registration failed
Check that sim valid,
Check with another sim card if problem not shows sim card may complaint do as follows
Take the sim crd out and rub gently with a cotton cloth, and reinsert it.
Or take to service provider & ask him to give duplicate sim.
If problem with mobile try to dial *#7370#(Format),
Or take mobile to Nokia care(Problem might be network ic).
