Hi 2 scoops of coffee to 3 cups not mugs. Then take it from there, adjust to your liking. Ron

Scoops are different sizes. I want to know how many cups of ground coffee to put in for atahe different levels. 12 to 55 cups

Hi. A coffee scoop is 1oz of coffee. Start with 28= 1oz scoops, then go by taste. Ron

I have this coffee urn. The instructions say to use 1 pound of ground coffee if you want to perk 55 cups of coffee.
