Your probably on a different ext. number now. If you were at location "A" ext. number 105 and you moved to location "B" that could be ext. 107. If you press your info button on the phone it will display your current ext. number.
To Program an ext. number on a button, simply press the Program button on display, select a button, type 1+ext number then enter. You can keep doing each button until they are all done, then press the exit button to back out of programming.

You have to change the rings from the voice mail server. If you don't know your way around the server, its best to get a local NEC tech although it is fairly simple to navigate. Depends on your skill. Typical default password for the server is NEC
sounds like the phone transfer numbering is out of sync or someone thinks its funny to send there transfered calls
i would go with the lessor of 2
phone numbering extensions example=

the phone company who installed the software should come out and make sure the extensions are to the correct offices its there service but you pay for quality service to know and see it works
