Depending on the malfunction you may need to repair or replace the motor controller board. Need to get into diagnostics by pressing and holding the pause button then press the clear button twice. Continue to hold the pause until the display reads service menu. Press any arrow up or down to select system test, then press enter in the desired mode. the display will begin to scroll automatically thru available options. You will be looking for Main Motor Module press enter then scroll thru until you see speed control errors if any one of these current errors are listed: Max Temp Trip, Max Voltage Trip, Fault line 1 Error then the Motor controller is defective.
Here is a company that will exchange or repair your board National Gym Supply @ 1-800-496-7278. Warranties on the exchange is 1 year and repair is 90 Days

If you're asking how to remove the motor controller, then thats easy. There are usually two phillips screw that bolts it to the bottom of the frame. Just remove those and there you go.

Celebrity XL8 not engaging then sticks in forward motion. Gives fault code of 4 beeps then 1. Code sequence not covered by manual.

hi Pete, okay there can be one of two reason for that fault.

1. check the motor wiring from the controller to the motor and if possible check the resistance of the motor by checking the brushes, if you have a smart meter disconnect the motor wires from the controller and take a resistance reading we looking at around 0.3 to 1 ohms.

2. Controller fault , i can test the controller for you free of charge , you simply pay the return postage..

Dishwasher shower error f1 at end of cycle and sometimes e1 and e2 at start of cycle and need to unplug and restart to get working

E1
The flood sensor in the base has been activated for more than 20 seconds.

E2
The controller has not sensed the motor rotating.
Foreign object has jammed the rotor
• The rotor has failed
• hall sensor or wiring fault at the hall sensor or controller.
• The hall sensor has failed
• Motor stator winding or connection open circuit.
• The electronic controller has failed

You probably need to remove the drawer and check for signs of a leak to start with.

Jazzy lights blink six times then go off

this could be a right brake fault or a controller fault. Check and see if the right motor has been disengaged. The easiest way to chreck this is to try and push on the right side of the chair. if the wheel begins to turn then the motor has been disengaged and you should be able to re-engage the motor and stop the wheel from turning. At this point you will have to turn off the chair and turn it back on to see if the fault goes away. If that is not the problem then it could be a loose motor connection. Check all your wiring connections on the motor to the controller. The other problem it could be is a controller fault. check all the connections on the controller and the wiring. Turn it off and back on to see if the fault goes away. If the fault is still there you will probably need to contact a service tech for them to get on line with the controller and find the root cause. They should have the diagnostic tools to check this.

before! If it is a 426520 replace motor controller with a compatible part.
Primary Source - Display module
Action - Replace Display module.
Secondary Source - Motor Controller
Action - Replace Motor Controller
Tertiary Source - Rotor Position Sensor (Phase 5 Only)

Does not wash

The arm does not move as the program does not engage the WASH cycle and it seems that the program controller unit is a suspect. You can remove the connectors and connections to the controller after noting the details and reset, If the fault repeats then the controller is a suspect. Check motor free movement, check if motor hums, if so check and replace the motor capacitor.

Fan only works on high

Possible that controller is faulty as there is no speed control. Check the switch and wiring to the motor. Sometimes it can be also the fault with the fan motor but can be confirmed only if it removed and tested with a bench supply.
