Error code 0xc05d1381 Ink system Failure on my HP photosmart C5180 All-in-one printer Ink system has failed. unable to print& will not shut down . Got it to shut down once. unpluged it for 3 minutes and remove cartridges. turned it back on waited while it told me what to do. same error message came

Hi! Ink System Failed is displayed becuase the printer head can not communicate with the main board of the printer and this can happen due to print head failure there is nothing you can do except repairing the printer.
I have a HP photosmart C5180 all in one. It has an error message that says....Ink system failed unable to print refer to printer documentation error OXCa0501. By chance would you know what to do to fix it? Thanks

u knw i cn tell u the steps but if u do even 1 of the steps wrong ,ur printer wont work anymre so contact them
