Remoce the existing facebook related files from USR/LIB and app folder.restart the system and reset PRAm followed by Apple.then reinstall th currect version of Face Book.It will work ok

Hello, 1. Determine that it's not network. Try different networks (home, school, public...); 2. turn off any firewall, antivirus etc; 3. System preferences/Internet accounts/Facebook and delete or disable (works on iphone and mac); 4. Delete app on iphone and mac and reinstall; 5. If you use browsers then go History/Clear recent history...; choose everything time and items like cookies, cache, etc. and clear now; 6. Disable add ons, try to use many browsers. 7. Check that your account haven't been blocked, closed, etc.;

At the top of the facebook page, to the right is "Settings". when you put the curser over it, a drop down menu shows. Click on application settings. A list of recently used apps shows. at the right of each application is an x. click on the x to remove the application.
