I dropped a casio exilim. it says lens error. the lens wont come out. can it be repaired

Yes it can be repaired but you don't want to. Unless it is covered by warrenty the repair cost will be the same or even more than buying a new camera.

Remove the screws/case and with power on, slightly push the lens back

make sure you disable the play mode so it not turn on by itself if you accident touch the play mode
