When i plug my cell into the charger a white screen comes up and says " signiture bad..unable to flash low battery" but nothings wrong with the battery! wtf
Remove battery, clean contacts between battery and phone, also be sure to use an original Motorola charger instead of one of those "universal" type chargers.

If you bought it from a specific company be it thru internet or site store take it to the providers site store and if there is no water damage and item is less 1 year old factory warranty covers the phone and if you got an extended warranty they should replace it in the the store, but with factory warranty they will mail you a new one (with the exclusion of the battery) and you will have to return the old one thru the USPS at their charge.
Hope that was helpful if I can help further let me know. Please rate/vote or testify to my advice.
I had two black batteries that came with the phone (KA08) two years ago, and I bought another 2 white ones later. I kept them in storage last whole year, and when I took them out recently, 1 black and 1 white were still working, but the other two seemed not. However, after a persistent changing from the working to the non-working ones, I seem to revive the other two also. Therefore, the 4 are all working now. If there was any trick to that, I think all I did was while the screen was flashing, I switch the non-working ones in to sort of trigger the electrons if that was what. There was actually some hissing sound coming from the plugged phone without any battery, so I would not leave the phone plugged to the USB without the battery in it.
Possible to rectify with Wotan Server to repair the EROM which is checked before firmware is flashed. You will have to buy credits and a data cable. Follow instructions pressing key 2 and 5 together. You may as well update the firmware after this process. Google around you will find this is an issue
your mobile need to be reflash take the phone to a mobile center and have it flash or you can do that online at www.topsony.com and this is not a free site
have you tried measuring the output voltage on the charger?? if not... use a multimeter to check if there is a voltage coming out on the charger.. if there is... you doomed.... the charging module (charging IC) on your phone is fckd..
