Its an easy repair if you can solder. just label any wires that you remove so you can put them back properly. Its just unsolder the old and solder in the new. Use the radio shack de-soldering iron with the rubber bulb it will make the job easier, and also purchase some heat sink compound to apply to the back of the ics where they contact the heatsink. They are located on the signal board which is on the left side of the chassis. change both then just do a convergence adjustment. If you need more help let me know. you will also needa pencil type soldering Iron from radio shack to resolder the ICs a 15 watt iron works best.
