I'm getting a e1 message on my cqrx400u when I plug in my usb. What does that mean?

usually means the cd frawer or door is stuck open or not closed correctly also check for a bent pin in the usb socket and dust

    • This means feedback cannot reduce or increase speed to target and error can be cleared by calibrating treadmill.
  • E3:EEPROM
    • This error happens when a data error is detected on the EEprom. The control panel needs replaced if this error occurs.
  • E5:SENSOR
    • This error occurs when there is no speed or RPM feedback detected from speed sensor.

It is quite likely the drive is failed. If it is quite new it should still be within warranty. Return it to your place of purchase and get them to confirm it's condition. If the drive prooves faulty they should repair/replace it for you.

The motor sensor or sensors, the DC controller on the main board DC controller.

You may mean F5---E1 means the door is not locking

E1 means open thermistor. Clean lint duct assembly and blower. Make sure you have good air stream from the vent outside. If this doesn’t help, replace the thermistor.
