From the main phone extension at the Reception Desk:
Display shows “yymmdd 3 hh:mm x” where “x” is 0 or 1
New date and time should be displayed
We have more than 6 phones on our network and I had to change the time on the main phone (you will probably need to contact whoever set up the system if you have a network to find out which one it is). This is how it is done on our system (KX-T7731) "Program" - "5". You must follow the format for example the date is set up as DDMMYYYY. After you are finished, press "AUTO DIAL/STORE" to keep your changes. Hope this helps!
