All the pins on the video cable are OK on both ends and they are on tight? Try it with another PC to make sure it is not video card problem also.

This is not an inverter problem. The inverter only powers the fluorescent lamps in the back of the LCD panel.

It is probably a fault in the LCD data decoder circuit or a failing connector between the decoder circuit board and the glass LCD panel. If you took it in to a shop, they would probably charge you a full hour's labor minimum - compare that with the price of a new LCD monitor.

If You really can't read anything on the screen this wont help. If you can make out a bit, then right click on a vacant area of your screen, then select "properties". On the Display Properties Menu, select "Settings", then select "Advanced". This will bring up a menu that shows your Monitor and Display Driver info. Select "Display", then select "Properties", then select "Driver", then select "Roll Back Driver". This will restore the old driver for the Display. If this doesn't help, go through the same menus again, and on the "Monitor and Display" menu select "Adapter" instead of "Monitor", and roll back that driver.

Try it on another PC first, if it still does not work, then check the DC filter caps in the power supply section first for leaking/bulging tops.

hi, i don't know if you will ever find just the power supply board for this monitor. i repair lcd monitors for a side business and i have never found the exact power board i needed for any of the monitors except for dell 17in. you would have to look on ebay for another broken monitor just like your with a working power board, broken screen maybe. that being said, why do you think you need a power board complete? the parts on the board are replaceable. maybe you could post a reply so i can read to help with what the symptoms are and help you diagnose the problem components? if you posted pictures in your reply of both sides of the board, it might help me describe more in depth.
