After i replace my watch Casio G-Shock G511 battery can not turn on, why?

    no, it was not because I make sure the battery is properly installed but not working

    after i verify that the battery is using battery tester, the battery is good but the watch is not working

Make sure the battery was not installed upside down.

    Also verify that the battery is good using a voltmeter or battery tester. I have had a number of batteries that have been dead right out of the package.

    Time to take it in for service then. It's hard to diagnose further without seeing it.

    Go to www.casio.com and select your region and then you can find the repair center nearest you. You mentioned that you boughtit at Macy's so you could bring it to them as well.
