Here is the driver download page. Select your operative system and download the driver software. After downloading do the following:
1 disconnect printer from computer. 2 go to installed printer on Windows and eventually remove installed printer Z645 with bad driver, if there is one (suggested). 3 open the driver that you downloaded from link above by clicking on the downloaded file. 4 while program install click next when required, connect the printer only when explicitly required by software.
If this is a newer printer that can use a USB cable, then you want to boot up the laptop, If you arte running XP or Vista, make sure you have admin rights. Install software with the printer disconnected from computer. Once install is either completed or asks for printer connection, power on printer, wait a few moments, then attach the USB cable top a poert on laptop. Install should continue, and you should be good to go.
