If the phone is tied to a particular network all you have to do is to unlock your phone to use it any other GSM network. You can get the unlock code through online. Give your IMEI number & get the unlock code for ur mobile .............You also get through online..........I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

I have a samsung t746 impact from t-mobile, i m using it in haiti now with digicel, the phone works properly but unable to connect to internet because there is no option from the settings for connectivity,...

The phone needs the additional settings for setting up browser configurations with Digicel instead of t-mobile. Unlocking it simply takes off the carriers sim restricition and does not change settings to every carrier available. Digicel should have these settings.

If you need the security password reset Call samsung at 1888-987-4357 and they have the ability to recover, (samsung is one of the only carriers that can)

if your looking to use a different carrier sim in it you need a device unlock code, which To have your phone unlocked you can do it for free by calling the Wireless Carrier that originally sold the phone (you can find out who this is by looking for the carrier logo that is on the outside of the phone) when you call them be prepared to provide you IMEI (IMEI- International Mobile Equipment Identifier, This can be located behind the battery, on the box for the phone, or my dialing *#06#) and they will be able to give you the code and unlock steps

get the person from whom u bought the fone to call up the respective wireless carrier i assume it is att and tell em that they need to unlock the sim card cos he has to fly to india the next week and use the fone over there...for this he will have to provide his social security last four digits and his name and wireless phone num... if this was a stolen fone or if he cant get the num for u u cud always go to wireless shops near a college area and get it unlocked there...softwares exist to crack such fones they cost a lot so i wouldnt dare buy it...

You will need contact your service provider to get the subsidy unlock code to use your phone internationally or on another wireless carrier. They can walk you through how to enter the code in properly. It is free of charge.

Once you get a "Network Error", there's a possibility that the phone does not established a good internet connection. But how do you connect to the internet? Is it via the wireless carrier or are you using the WiFi of your phone to connect into a wireless access point?

1. If you are using the internet featured by your wireless carrier, you need to contact them to properly setup your phone.

2. But if you're connecting to a wireless access point, make sure that you have a good signal strength. Try disconnecting/reconnecting to the access point and see if that would help.

Unable to download Picture msg

My phone is a motorola razr that was orginally on tmobile and I unlocked it for cingular use. I cannot download messages either, it gives me the same message. If your phone is from one carrier and being used on another, you won't be able to access picture messages. It uses the internet feature to download the message and cannot access the internet on a different carrier.

If this is not the case I do not know.

if you try unsuccessfully 3 times to unlock a phone from the carrier then it is locked for good

Hi,i think you don't have an active internet profile in the internet settings on your phone or your sim is not activated with the internet activities by your wireless carrier, here is the solution; 1,Contact your wireless carrier to activate the internet activities on your sim card, 2.Afterwards request for the internet settings and the internet settings will be sent to you, 3.When you receive the settings,ensure you save it in your internet account. Your problem is solved. Thanks and take care

Hi,if the default browser is set to at&t,it might be a bit difficult but there is a final solution that can help you,
contact a phone engineer in you area to help you flash the entire phone memory,this restores the initial factory settings of the phone and ought to delete the at&t default browser,
Afterwards you can contact your service provider to add their internet settings.
NOTE;you have to back-up the data on your phone on your PC before the flashing process,because you'll loose all the data on your phone after the flashing process
