I just had the same problem. There are two little pips that get pressed back into the head when you screw in the filters. These pips seem to get worn down and don't get pushed back far enough in the head to let water flow. Remove the filters, shut off the water supply to the filter body, and then screwed the the two filter elements back in. Having no water pressure allows the pips to be forced back into the head.

Pull all the filters out and re-install them. Let the faucet run for a while to purge any air from system.
