If your TVBP-BTN wireless stereo headset is not charging properly and the blue light is not showing, there are a few things you can check to fix the problem.

1. Check the charger: Make sure that the charger is functioning properly and that the connections are secure. Try using a different charger or USB port to see if that resolves the issue.
2. Check the charging port: Make sure that the charging port on the headset is not dirty or blocked. Clean it with a dry cloth if necessary.
3. Check the battery: Make sure that the battery is not damaged or dead. If the battery is damaged or dead, the headset will not charge.
4. Check for software updates: Make sure that your headset's firmware is up to date, if there is any updates available, install it.
5. Check the manual: Check the manual that came with the headset for any troubleshooting steps or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
6. If you have tried all of the above and the problem persists, it may be a hardware issue, and the headset may need to be repaired or replaced.

I recently fixed my 955 headphones... it's probably not going to be attempted by most folks, but it saved a great set of headphones from being tossed and replaced.

Basically you need to remove the right side padding and take out the 3 screws. This gets you access to the battery. The battery is a standard 3.6V lithium battery. Pretty much the same that is in most cell phones and many small toys. You can simply replace the battery with something like:

Or... here's what I did... add a lithium USB charger to the battery.

Now, if the battery dies I can plug it into USB and the phone will work while it charges.

Unplug the unit -- Then grab the ear peice, and slide off the battery, wipe off the metal prongs ...leave apart for a couple minutes, then put back together. Make sure you plug the unit back in. It will take a couple hours for the battery to charge. But this should solve your issue.

There's a small power jack under a tab at the base of the unit. I found it only charges if you plug it into the transformer travel charger. For some reason plugging it in the PC USB port doesnt work.

mine shows the orange light while charging but never turns blue no matter how long i charge it and it wont turn on. i only used it for 1 hour before it shit out on me. i got it on ebay so i dont know what to do
