I have a Nokia n810 Tablet and it turns on, but it won't load up. In other words, when you turn it on, all that you see is the white screen with the Nokia logo and I guess it freezes. Does anyone know if there is anyway to troubleshoot this or what the problem might be? I wish it were as simple as plugging it into the wall and charging it, could perhaps it need a new battery or something?? Help!!

Hi I had this problem and the security system of my main computer was preventing log on to computer and I had to disable it.
To allow access I think I need to put a computer ID and MAC code into the allow system.

I had the same problem with the n810. I was using a non-oem battery and the connections were a loose fit causing the battery not able to charge.
If you take the battery cover off, hold the battery firmly in place. Connect the charger and make sure battery is charging, then press the boot button. If it boots and stays on, then shuts off when you stop holding the battery. Then you probably have a loose connection or a bad battery. Also try cleaning the connector with a pencil eraser and alcohol.
I had to wedge tthe battery in place. You can find a spare battery with a desktop charger on Ebay for around $10US.

Go to settings, applications, then find Facebook, click it, and click Stop or Close. That'll take care of it!
