My account is suspended and i dont know what to do

It was probably because you was mean or been modding if not that means your account has been hacked or a group of people reported you for fun to see if you will get band

i dont think they will give you your account back because they are very strict to those who violate their terms.same has happened to my friend and his account was temporarely blocked by youtube.

Do you know any reason at all why your account got suspended? If you don't, contact them by directly by their support site and ask them foe the reason why your account got suspended:

Hi,please do check your email that is associated to your gamer profile,because microsoft will send you an email the reason behind your account suspension and the date will be lifted,if you really want the detail of the why your account is suspended please login to www.xbox.com with a different gamer profile ( because you wont be able to login it will prompt you that your account is suspended) and click the link for the forum at the top most of the screen and post a question to the category " account suspension and console banned" ,the moderator team will be happy to answer your question.

ahhh this happend to me
the email is the account u registered the email with
and its not on www.billing.microsoft.com
its on http://www.xbox.com this usally means that u where paying by a credit card?... what you gotta do is get another credit card and add it, otherwise your account will be suspended for about 3 months before your able to get it back.
