Why is my Kodak flashing blue and not turning on?

All questions on Fixya need 'make model (what it is)' as first 3 words.
You posted to the category 'Kodak Televisions', there are over 10,000 categories to choose from, but let's make a wild guess that this is a Camera because that is what Google says you have. Although it could be a Copier, a Photo Printer, or even a Baby Monitor who knows, we can only guess.

Lg 47ld520 red light blinks 3 times then blue

The LG web site recommends that the consumer schedule a service technician if the
set fails to turn on... no help on the red light blinking.
The LG service technician will want to know about the blinking lights, though.

Here's your TV User Manual (in English) for $6.99:
http://www.devicemanuals.com/model/LG_47LD520_manual.html
(couldn't find one free)

The LG site has nothing in the way of a users manual (just a 2-page spec sheet), and
no technical support. They list a parts distribution place though, at:

epd_web_logo.gif Encompass Parts Distribution 1655 Lakes Parkway
Lawrenceville, GA 30043
Sales: 866-779-7906
Fax: 800-552-1431
