Everything is working fine except the operating system (firmware). A clear case of corrupted firmware. Please get the firmware reinstalled. And you will find that all your problems have vanished. The reason could be a virus or incorrect switching off or powering it on on low battery when the phone switches off on its own. Anything. But reinstalling is the answer.
Make sure that you take the battery and SIM out immediately. Find some desiccant and put it in the desiccant overnight.
