All four colors wont print roland sp300v

Moved the printer to another location and now only two of the four colors will print. Roland SP300v Versa Camm printer/cutter

You print head is dry out. Normally, it happened on Magenta and Cyan colors.

Pen mode light blinking


Material not aligned or wrong thickness... Blinking means something is not right. Try taking the material out and see if it changes, things like that, troubleshooting....

I have a Roland Camm-1 CX-24 cutting machine that has a parallel connection. I have recently bought a Dell Inspiron 1720 with a Windows Vista OS. I have a USB to Parallel cable to connect the two. I have...


connect the printer and the comp. and boot up....windows should recognize the new device.
did you add the plotter to "add printers" and its driver and to the correct port?
make sure your plotter is on and loaded and function key pressed.
also some cable manufacturers supply a driver...so download one if need be.
what software are you using? is the software cutter driver set to the correct printer and port?
(by default it never is)!!
