Hi,
The user manual shows you how to clean your machine. If you don't have it you can download it from the Saeco site:

http://www.saeco-usa.com/en/products/household-automatic-machines/1/automatic/0/royal-coffee-bar/17/royal-coffee-bar.html

Hope that helped! Thanks for using FixYa.

Our Saeco Royal Professional has been working well but has started ejecting steam out of the steam wand and cappucino spout.

Sounds like your machine needs a new steam valve plastic. Because it is worn the part is allowing steam to come out of the steam wand when it should be closed.

Hope this helps.

My Royal professional cappucino machine does not let out any coffee, we press the button and there is a louder noise of grinding and then it is as if it grinds the coffe but no water goes through and the...

Hi

There is a lever at the top of the door on the right side. Pull the lever back 1 notch from the plus (+) . You are dumping too much coffee in the brew unit and it can not compress it, so it dumps it. Never push the lever all the way or it can cause this overcharge. Its fine if the brew group is clean but when you make coffee there is always a residue left and this is what causes the overcharge. The lever in on or behind the door, NOT under the bean hopper!
Also if the grind is too coarse (french press) this can also do this, and that means that the grinder has seperated. New grinder.

My Saeco Royal Cappucino gives hard noise, when "tamping". The grind goes to waste-basket. No coffee..

HI
There is a lever on the top of the door that has a + to the back and a - to the front. Pull the lever back 1 click to the front or - side. Your putting too much coffee in the brew unit and could break the brew drive.

Cappucino setting won't pump

Hi
The steam solenoid is stuck. Have you descaled the machine? You might try that first, but if it has gone to long it might not work.

Dregdrawer. miss.

Make sure the machine is clean of coffee grinds. Mine has a nasty habit of dropping them behind the dregdrawer instead of in it. Remove the central unit and give it a good clean. The dregdrawer should then slide back fully into the microswitch.
If this doesn't work, you've probably got a dud microswitch.

Selftest sign

Hi,

Try to make a cup of water(tea), press the button for water.

On the old Royal Cappuccino that are the button on the right down corner and the new machine had it on the upper right corner.

Hope this will help you.
