SOURCE: Problems with my JVC Everio connecting with my PC
You should have received the software with the purchase of your Everio. You can still physically move the files onto your computer from your Everio with a USB, however. Your options are to convert your files or to buy software that will recognize the .MOD files. Cyberlink, and some Pinnacle and Adobe do. I personally prefer the Pinnacle and Cyberlink.

SOURCE: Lost software to download videos, JVC Everio GZ-MG130
You do not need to buy, you may download the drivers for your camcorder from this link
http://www.pricecomparehelp.com/page/3458.html
Just click the download icon below the picture and select run to install the drivers.
After drivers are installed, plug your camcorder to your computer and turn the camcorder on. Wait until it finishes installing the drivers for your camcorder.
Now click start, then camputer you should see several icon with one having all or part of your camcorder name model.
If you double click on this icon, you will find one or more folders. Now you can download, delete etc all of the pictures or videos stored on your comcorder.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
