Sometimes the crown is screwed in to help keep it water tight. Turn the stem anti-clockwise to see if it will release "give several turns" if that fails return it for exchange.
Thank you for contacting FixYa.
NEVER attempt to replace a battery on a diving watch yourself. It will break the seal.
You will need to send back to Technomarine or take to a registered Technomarine service center.
You can find information here: http://www.technomarine.com/Customer/Services.sls
Sorry, not real familiar with TechnoMarine but they do have a customer service email that you can contact them at. Best regards: http://www.technomarine.com/
I have the same problem with mine....They have some kind of manufacturer malfunction , tag will not admit. My is in the shop for the 3rd time ...at this point they should replace my watch...this one is a lemon.
Either the crown or the case tube threads are stripped. Which ever part is stripped needs to be replaced. Keep in mind that both could be the problem. Be sure you don't get your watch wet until this is fixed. Your watch is NOT sealed for water resistance if the crown does not screw down.
Hope this helps. Ken Yellowstone Watch Inc. www.yellowstonewatch.com
You do not need to return the watch. It has self adjusting features (operated by the owner). Pull out crown to the first click, then push and hold the pushbutton at 2 o'clock to adjust the hand. When done - push crown back in. If it doesn't work, pull out crown to the second click and do as described above.
