Press P-interrupt-C-interrupt and enter test command 14 and Execute to clear your error. Let your machine reboot. If it comes back you have a problem with your fuser. Most likely it's dirt or toner caked on your tempature sensors and they need to be scraped off.

H5 flashing on the display, anyone tell me what the error is please? It's a Sharp AR-161 copier
H5 doesn't show up on the service code manual. However, all error codes beginning with 'H' are related to the fuser, this is the heating portion of the machine. Be careful if it still prints despite the error code, you may damage the unit. It should be looked at by a service rep.

The problem is on the mirror section on the scanner unit. It might be the motor, sensor, scanner wire or just need lubricating. I think you better call your local tech.

the machine is detecting a low temerature in the fuser unit. a commen cause is the thermistor digs into the fuser roller and tears the outer skin and the roller. you can check by opening the front door slide out the main unit open the door on the left hand side and you should see two orange rollers. check if the upper roller has a line around it.
