Yes,when you look at the front portion of the gun, the tip nozzle thing is actually two separate external parts. The foremost aluminum nozzle and the twisty black plastic thing behind it will pull straight off the piece that is reverse threaded onto the gear box.

It would probably be best to get it repaired and have a professional to come work on your drywall. They are experienced and trained in working with drywall so they know what they are doing. This way you have much less space for error and all you have to worry about is getting your screw gun repaired. https://www.floresdrywallpainting.com/residential-drywall

Dewalt D51844. Framing out a wall today and the gun worked fine on the first wall. I was starting the second wall and heard an air leak coming from the gun. Would not stop. Tried several things and...

Most all of my guns are senco and the head has the moving part for fire and reload,, controlling the driver piston. Multiple shots suggests a trigger problem. No water in system right.. Well Its all O rings little ones,, skinny ones,, fat ones etc. You can open it up and check, do the head first, I think.. Its fast a off and on

The gun dose not fire the pin all the way in ?

Dewalt list the obvious causes below.
Remember that the gun may not facilitate the use on specific materials that are just too much for the gun to handle. The most common cause for this issue is depth adjustment is not set properly. Also make sure that the nails being used are the correct nails for the gun. Its possible to buy the wrong type and they look very similar to the ones needed.

Here is The website addy for Dewalts pdf user manual and tech tips.

Low battery charge or damaged battery Charge or replace battery
Depth adjustment set too shallow Rotate depth adjustment wheel to a deeper setting
Tool not firmly applied to workpiece See instruction manual

The bit in my Dewalt 6.3 Amp Dry Wall Screw gun will not pull out, how do I get it out to change it and how can I change from a Phillips to a nut driver tip.

The bits are held by a spring snap ring that sometimes takes a lot of force to release.

Spray a little bit of CRC226 into the bit/chuck interface and grab the bit with a set of visegrips and PULL !!!

The CRC226 is available in a blue spray can at Home Depot in the electrical dept and fights rust. A can is about $2.70... make sure to get the 226 as there are other CRC products there.

I am having difficult adjusting the Depth settin on my Dewalt DW253 drywall screw gun

Operator's manual is here.

To seat the screw deeper in the workpiece, you turn the adjustment collar to the right. To seat the screw higher in the workpiece, you turn the adjustment collar to the left.

If you've been using it a while and turning the collar is difficult, you've probably got some plaster dust, dirt, etc. built up in the threads for the collar. It's probably worth breaking that chuck and collar down, giving it a good scrub with an old toothbrush and putting some dry lube on it. I'm partial to Dupont's Multi-Use Teflon spray. It doesn't attract sawdust or dirt.

In the event you need it, exploded diagram with parts list is here.

If you don't want to mess with it, a Dewalt service center can clean your drill up for you pretty reasonably. I was in one in early June, 2010 and they had some 10% off service coupons sitting on the counter.

Dewalt angled finish nailer, just got, when nose is depressed and trigger pulled, just sound of air releasing, wont fire..... need trigger assembly?

if air is released when the trigger is pulled then stops when the trigger is released , then the trigger is doing its job. its probably a firing valve issue. four screws will take off the top cap of the gun the firing valve is inside of the cap . first check to see if the gun has enough oil( unless its an oil less gun) if its dry then grease or oil all of the orings, if this dose not work check to see if any of the orings or plastic parts need replacing. pls rate this answer...;tks

How does the adjustable depth drywall bit work? The bit inside keeps spinning and does not drive screw into sheetrock?

It's not the tip, but the screw gun itself. The screw gun has a clutch on it that allows you to set the screw at different depths. You must adjust the screw gun to the desired depth. The deeper you want the screw to go, the less the clutch will slip.
