I should be able to use Feature 75 to pick up an incoming call; however, when I try the phone tells me that it is denied in admin. How do I fix this?

It's not so much removing Denied in Admin as it is enabling whatever feature the user was trying to access at that set.

It might be that your pick up key is mislabeled/programmed. Press feature * 0 then the pick up key to identify what the feature is on the button. If it's not pick up, exit out of button inquiry press feature * 3 the button you want to program (pick up) then press feature 75 That will program it as a group pick up key

Your telephone technician would have to issue you this access since it's a setting at the main telephone switch.

You could have a CICS, and MICS or a Nortel BCM. Which do you have?

You will need to access admin programming, do you know how?

Try feature * * config (266344) then admin (23646) that should get you into progaming

Feature 69 is priority call.

Feature 85 is DND
To cancel a feature you need to insert a "#" before teh feature number, example:

to cancel DND:
press feature"#85"

Yours may be different if your TA-308 is not a U.S. version, but the family is generally 40 picks up all calls in your group and 4+the ringing extension will pick it up. Just in case they have call pickup deny set (721) you'd have to cancel it with 720.

You may want to try the CONFIG mode to change the time. Press Feature **266344 and depending on they version of the software (i.e, DR5) you may be able to change the time in the system configuration.

DND feature is 85.
To cancel DND press FEATURE # 8 5 on the set with the issue.

Feature 69 is for priority calling...
