Hi,
This is what you should do, press and hold the menu key.. you'll get a display in a rectangular form with all programs that are currently running on your blackberry.
You can scroll through the open applications and for you to close all running applications, you'll have to click on your trick ball to get you to that open application and then you close it.
Go over the process of holding the menu key for about 10 seconds again until the rectangular window opens with applications that are currently open.
Click on another program and close it.... do this for all the applications until your have about 4 applications running. Once it's reduced to this you would be able run your camera.

you just open phone and put camera out, clean it then put back. that is a typical camera hardware problem in your blackberry 8900 but could be fixed by doing that first. otherwise, it will be bad camera module..and you may have to Replace camera..

Your default storing of images is perhaps phone memory. If you have sd card in your phone then change the storing of images in MEMORY CARD. May be this way your prob could be fix up.
