Please go to your motherboard manufacturer's site and search for the motherboard drivers giving your motherboard model no. The site will provide the proper drivers compatible with your motherboard.

First check the motherboard driver issues using this online utility http://www.intel.com/support/detect.htm, if it's successful, you'll be prompted to update the drivers.. I find VGA and Audio triver for motherboard MSI-661FM3

Is the manufacturer of your motherboard Msi? Is this driver needed for the motherboard or is it needed for a separate piece of hardware that you will install? I'm assuming this is a driver that you need for your motherboard. More clarity would be much more helpful. I have found several drivers but I'm not sure exactly what you need it for or which drivers you need.

As I mentioned before, I have found several different msi pm8m drivers. If the one above isn't what you need then just provide a bit more detailed information and I'm sure I can find it for you.
