I BOUGHT A NEW TORO LAWNMOWER, MODEL 20330, GUARANTEED TO START BUT MINE DOES NOT START. IS THERE A PRIMER BUTTON UNDERNEATH SOMEWHERE???? A FRIEND OF MINE WAS ABLE TO FIND SOME KIND OF BUTTON UNDERNEATH AND ONCE IT WAS PRESSED, IT STARTED RIGHT UP, BUT THIS IS A NEW SPRING (I BOUGHT IT LAST SEPT.) AND I NEED TO MOW MY LAWN. ANY SUGGESTIONS???? I CAN'T FIND THE BUTTON OR WHERE EVER IT WAS UNDERNEATH TO PRESS AND I'VE SPEND A LOT OF TIME LOOKING. I'VE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO START IT, BUT IT WON'T. I NEED HELP PLEASE? THANKS!!
Don't waste time looking for the primer bulb. probably wont work anyway if its over 6 months old and repairs probably wont do any good either. bad design for a primer system.

Hey....I asked several people at work and they all told me that if there was one, it would be on the side of the gas tank, underneath, so I felt all around there and found one small like rubber piece and I've been squeezing the heck out of it, and it starts right up. Now, your probably right, there isn't any primer bulb, but for right now, it is starting each and every time, after each pull and that's all I care about. But, if it should ever "die", I won't get another one like it. Otherwise, it is working fine! Strange huh? You bet!
