I have a Ddx373bt and it powers up fine but you can only get a couple of selections to respond on touchscreen.

Hi,

Please use gloves on your car infotainment system in order to test the responsiveness of the buttons. If this fails, please check whether the temperature affects the responsiveness of the screen.

If all else fails, you can attempt a factory reset.

Thank you.

My Garmin 660 Nuvi touch screen will not respond I have put in the latest update, held the start button down untill the touch dot calibration shows and tryed the reset button none of this has worked, no...

This is a common problem due to certain style of touchscreen that is known to fail due to temperature. if you can not recalibrate the screen, then the touchscreen needs to be replaced. More information, including the recalibration procedure can be found here:

On my Gravity T cell phone... the touch screen is out of wack... and it is not letting me recalibrate it... is there a way for me to reset the touchscreen?

You have a faulty touch screen. you will have to get that replaced or repaired. It not letting you recalibrate is becuase the digitizer has a break in it.

  1. Have the unit turned OFF and unplugged from power.
  2. Slide the power switch to the ON position and hold for about 45 seconds.
  3. A message will display on the screen: Press Dot.
  4. Once this message displays, release the Power button.
  5. Press in the center of the Dot.
  6. Keep pressing in the center of the Dot as it moves around the screen.
  7. Once this is complete, there will be a message: Calibration Complete.
