First, soft-reset the phone. Remove the battery from the back of the phone while it's turned ON.

Leave the battery out for 5 to 10 minutes, the put it back in and turn the phone back ON.

If same problem occur, then the phone could have a corrupted firmware. You need to contact the manufacturer and have them upgrade the firmware of the phone, and that should fix the problem.

Thank you!

There's problem in my e-mail can not used

Here is how to communicate with someone in your Address Book:

Locate and click a person in your Address Book group.

  1. Find the Address Book group in your Messenger list (scroll down if you need to - the Address Book group is the last group in the list).
  2. Click the triangle next to Address Book to open the group.
  3. You should see a window that has options such as Call Home Number, Call Mobile Number, Send Email...etc. Select the appropriate one.
  4. Depending on their setup (or how much of their information you've got), you can IM them, text message them, email them, or place a computer-to-computer or computer-to-phone call.

Note: You must have the required information in the Address Book field to perform one of the above functions.

Using Word 2010 Avery Address Label 5160 Trying to put a tiny photo of my new book, next to my address as a marketing tool. I can get the book on label or the address, but can't figure out how to...

The problem is due to "wrapping". That is why you can't get your picture to stay where you want it to go. There are two ways to fix this. You can right click with your mouse on top of the picture and choose edit then find wrapping and select in front of text or behind text and then close it and this will make the picture stationary.

Or

You can open the picture ribbon at the top of the screen in the software and look for wrapping and change the setting to in front of text and this will also fix the problem.

Want to import email addresses into MS Outlook

Hey! follow the steps to get your job done

You can import address book contacts from other Microsoft Windows® Address Book files (.wab), as well as from Netscape Communicator, Microsoft Exchange Personal Address Book, or any text (.csv) file.
For Windows Address Book 1.
On the File menu, point to Import, and then click Address Book.
2.
Select the address book or file type you want to import, and then click Open.

For All Other Address Book Formats 1.
On the File menu, point to Import, and then click Other Address Book.
2.
Click the address book or file type you want to import, and then click Open.

If your address book is not listed, you can export it to either a text (.csv) file or a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Lightweight Directory Interchange Format (LDIF) file, and then import it using that file type.

Good luck :-)

Is there any way to make the persons name appear for a text

It should be as simple as adding their name and number to the address book on the phone.

Make sure to list the number under the Mobile Phone line.

While in the address book, there is usually a line that says "New Entry" or "Add number" etc...(without the type of phone I cant get specific).

Another method is to into the text message itself and do an options click (again without the phone cant be specific) and there should be an option to add the number to the address book.

Can't create address book in Print Shop 22

I have Print Shop 15. I don't think you can import from another address book. You need to click Tools, Edit Address book, New, name the address book, and you can start adding from there.

To add new addresses, click the yellow plus icon below the word Sort.
