The same thing happened to mine and all I need is the screw..those assholes should fix the problem at Nixon and atleast send us the screw if we're willin to pay for it..
This will b the last Nixon I buy..

Hi, you can try on ebay, but me, I contacted Nixon customer service and they sent me a new screw for free, with free shipping as well. They will just ask you the model number and an explanation of what happened (over the phone), and that's it. Regards, Doug.

Thank u.appreciated.. Actually i am currently now in Japan. I bought my 51-30 Chrono Simplify online here in Japan about 6 months ago but i lost the screw last 2 days ago... May i know how can i contact the Nixon service center? Do they have free international call service? I apologize for the queries.

I've been trying to find a place that would sell a generic screw that looks the exact same so I wouldnt have to send mine back either. Anyone have any luck with that?
