I am using BCM 50a and an IP softphone 2050 and an ip phone 2004 when I make a call from the ip phone 2004 to the softphone I can hear the ring but I can not hear the conversation ..
what can be the problem I have just used a normal headset (not a nortel usb headset)

hello,
you can downgrade to an earlier version that doesn't require a liscense. you probably know that.Try upgrading to the latest (3.02.0045) version.

Since the 3cx softphone worked well, I don't see why you couldn't configure each as for 3cx and make them work as well.
