I am unsure what you mean. VCRs are not locked to regions like DVD players are, so unless you have locked it to a table or locked it in a closet, I am unsure how to help you here. We need more information.

Hit the menu button, and look for the word "idioma" which means language, and select that. You should then be able to toggle back and forth between English and Spanish.
You may have to look under "opciones config. vcr" which is VCR Setup to find it.
