If you type 'whirlpool washer manual' into Google it should return sources for manuals for you. I understand that Fixya mainly provides information and guidance from people like me (retired Englishman in SW France @ 14:20 Sat afternoon!) for equipment problems rather than actual manuals.
It appears that you may have a faulty door interlock or a faulty PCB. pcb is not really a DIY job as some boards require proramming on certain versions.
