Does this machine have a print option? Did you assign the IP address did you load the print drivers? Did you ping the printer does the printer have network or USB connection? Did you load the print drivers from the Sharp web site or CD disk?
problem is not the toner , could be the developer unit stopping at that point when it becomes feint and then no new toner gets to the drum, OR it could be the transfer section
Clean your roller and see if there are loose gears or trapped objects
inside. As for the faint prints, check your toner density. The normal
setting should be 3
The triangle or stack of 6 dots is the toner cartridge light. The drum light looks like a cylinder or aa battery.
If you open the right side door, then the front door you will see the 2 cartridges. The toner cartridge is on the left and should have a large green button you push down on to release and slide out. Later or when needed you can slide out the drum cartridge AFTER you remove the toner.
You might have a local source to get your toner cartridge refilled. Or just order a new one and unpack it, then slide it in and your all set.
About $50 for refill or about $100 for new.
Good Luck
This is a good one you may need to get it serviced.
The toner is held to the drum by static which rolls the toner onto the paper and seals the deal you may have a bunk drum, Validate your warranty and check for a service center.
I've never seen this model in Australia but could you confirm if its drum or toner either way its just the machine letting you know that it needs changing soon, however we have other models that do the same and run for quite a while before the quality drops off
