My memeory card dont play songs in music player of my phone it just play songs of phones internal memory

go to music player go to settings set the music player play list there to play from memory card

i also having the same problem while updating my phone get restarting. the only way is to update the phones software will solve my problem. u can also check the nokia website for updating the software details.........

music player got corrupts in nokia 3110c its a common problem in the same mobile. just reload the software of your phone from nokia care or any mobile repairing shop. your problem will be solved.

Try Refresh List or check in your Music Settings if the Memory Card is selected or not.

my phone did this and i went and reformatted the card and put the songs back on it and it worked perfectly

i could be that the songs are not formatted correctly

most of your songs might not be a mp3 songs, or it's not compatible to your phone's music player...
try to check it on the PC.

media/music player/option/play option/music source/select folder/ select your memory card

ok, I have managed to use my sandisk 512mb card to put on music...even though I didnt know you had to format the disk in phone first (I dont recommend because all my music is individual clips and not in my music file), however once you see that the music is on the card via "my files" I went to the music player and hit options...then hit "add music from" then hit "memory card"...now you must put a check mark by all the music files you want to add to the music player (or choose "all" and hit ok) This will put your chosen songs off your card into the music player and you can see the song title at the top of your player screen and use the arrows to move through your songs/clips. Choose the song and hit play.
