We are trying to connect the Desk top PC so as to use AR=5316 as a printer.Need help to install the printer software. Can I get it downloaded from Sharp site. Please reply.

first of all download correct version of printer software from sharp site or driver download site.then install the driver first without connection the machine .when driver asks connect the machine and it will do the rest. by using default driver u cant have the features

I HAVE LOST CD (DRIVER) OF SHARP AR -1600 SERIES

You can download it from the site of Sharp. If not try to go to olivetti.com and choose support then choose in the product or model dCopia 16W/20W.

Installation prob.

Are you not able to find the print drivers?
Let me know if thats the problem I can offer you some sites to download that information.
If it is not connecting make sure your firewall is not blocking the printer. That also is a common problem.
If you can let me know what software you are looking for that would be helpful in resolving this.

I have downloaded the sharp ar-5316e software but anytime I want to print from my desktop it pop-up a message paper problem
while photocopying from same printer will work
